Management research center is a specialized research institution that approved by the university and established in 2002. The management research center has been formed featured research directions in area of business administration after years developed. It has own research features in high-tech enterprise development, marketing and strategic management, human resource, technique innovation and value engineering.

In recent five years, the management research center has undertaken 6 national scientific research projects (include nature science foundation of China, social science foundation of China, and national science and technology supported program), 9 provincial and ministerial-level projects, the total sum of scientific research fund is 3.54million. In addition, the center has published 9 monographs, 15 compiles, 235 academic papers and 11 papers was published in foreign language periodicals, 76 papers was published in Chinese core journals, 44 papers has been indexed by SCI, SSCI, EI, CSSCI and ISTP. Moreover, the research center also pays attention on maintaining close academic communication with other institutions in this research area.
